Fabric Sample Policy-

Option #1 IF YOU WANT TO SEE THE ACTUAL FABRIC : 
  • When you place your order, if you would like to see swatches of the actual fabric, please put a comment in the Special Instructions box at checkout that says "Please send samples of fabrics X,Y,Z", etc.
  • Choose the church check method of payment. Do not use a credit/debit card. 
  • Once the swatches have been received, email us (be sure to reference your order #) and say "Fabric x approved for use on O# 12345, etc." or say "We did not like the fabric, please cancel our order."
  • You may cancel without penalty or obligation.
  • The reason we do this is so we have an order # to associate with your samples to ensure we can accurately match the samples with the order.

Option #2 IF YOU DO NOT NEED TO SEE THE ACTUAL FABRIC: 
  • When you place your order, if you DO NOT NEED to see swatches of the actual fabric, please put a comment in the Special Instructions box at checkout that says "Please proceed with Fabric (color and #)".
  • Choose any method of payment.
  • If you choose the church check method of payment, please email us with the check #, amount and date mailed and we will release the order prior to actually receiving your check.
